These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and IntlRoam LLC ("IntlRoam", "we", "us", "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company, regarding your access to and use of our website at intlroam.com and all related services ("Services").

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE OUR SERVICES.

1. Description of Services

IntlRoam enables you to browse, purchase, and activate prepaid mobile data plans delivered via eSIM (embedded SIM) technology. We provide a platform to:

  • Browse and purchase eSIM data plans for 180+ countries
  • Receive eSIM activation QR codes via email
  • Manage your purchases and account

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
  • All information you provide to us is accurate and complete
  • Your use of our Services complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

3. Account Registration

To purchase eSIM plans, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access at [email protected]

4. Purchases and Payment

All purchases are processed securely via Stripe. By making a purchase, you authorize IntlRoam to charge your selected payment method for the total amount displayed at checkout.

Prices are displayed in USD. Where supported, local currency payment options may be shown at checkout. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.

5. eSIM Delivery and Activation

After a successful purchase:

  • You will receive an email containing your eSIM QR code and activation instructions, typically within a few minutes
  • You are responsible for ensuring your device is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked
  • IntlRoam is not responsible for activation failures caused by device incompatibility, carrier restrictions, or operating system limitations

Device Requirements:

  • eSIM-compatible device (iPhone XS or later, Samsung Galaxy S20 or later, Google Pixel 3 or later, and other compatible devices)
  • Carrier-unlocked device
  • Active internet connection for activation

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Please refer to our Purchase Policy for full details. In summary:

  • Refunds are available for unactivated eSIMs requested within 14 days of purchase
  • Once an eSIM has been activated or provisioned, no refund is available
  • To request a refund, contact [email protected] with your order number

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use our Services for any unlawful purpose
  • Resell or commercially redistribute our eSIM plans without authorization
  • Attempt to circumvent any security measures on our platform
  • Use automated tools to access or scrape our website
  • Impersonate any person or entity

8. Intellectual Property

All content on intlroam.com, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of IntlRoam LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Services

Our Services rely on third-party providers including:

  • Stripe, Inc. for payment processing
  • Mobile network partners for eSIM provisioning and connectivity
  • Brevo for email delivery

IntlRoam is not responsible for the actions or failures of third-party providers. Issues related to eSIM network availability, data speeds, or carrier performance are subject to the policies of the local mobile networks.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. INTLROAM DOES NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE, SPECIFIC DATA SPEEDS, OR NETWORK AVAILABILITY IN ANY PARTICULAR LOCATION.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTLROAM'S LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IntlRoam LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Cheyenne, Wyoming, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
